Pre-Workshop

The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) and the Research Software Alliance (ReSA) would like to invite you to a pre-meeting workshop on research software visibility. The workshop will be held at the Netherlands eScience Center on Monday November 7 from 13:00 to 16:30 (including lunch from 13:00 to 13:30).

There are specific moments in the processes associated with funding that can influence visibility: the eligibility criteria, the assessment of the proposals, the policy for funded projects and the evaluation/capture of the funding outcomes (both individually and as a portfolio). The workshop will explore what actions funders could take at each of those moments to increase the visibility of any resulting software.
